My stay was pleasant overnight for family visit. I was offered a room with great views of the mountains. The hotel was in a central location in the Tucson area. The breakfast was plentiful, the check in was easy. Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too. Was a nice place for trip.

The staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great but could benefit from more variety. My room had issues with temperature control was good. I encountered delays with housekeeping, which needed to be improved.

Beautiful View clean

When I went to check out, my bill $200.00 more than quoted, some where there was some hidden fees that the staff couldn't tell me.. staff wasn't sure how to change the billing.. disappointed that I wanted to pay cash, but they couldn't tell if I paid and it went through to my credit card already.

The breakfasts were very good value. The room was spacious and the facilities were a bonus. Ample car parking space.

Just a good match for a momentary pause in Oro Valley with fantastic value for money. Luna at the front desk made check-in super smooth and was really friendly. Bring your own snacks as there isn't much variety for food options on-site.

No coat hangers in closet. Wifi in bedroom not working. Stopper in wash basin not functional, allowing water to run out.

The room I booked was cleaned by housekeeping and available with microwave and a fabulous view of the Catalina mountains and the bathroom amenities. The location of the hotel was favourable and excellent, in the Tuscon area.

Can recommend for a short stay

Clean room, quiet atmosphere, with good breakfast options including superb cinnamon rolls and great coffee, along with easy access to hiking trails for outdoor activities.

We loved the convenient location near Catalina State Park for hiking and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The breakfast was robust with various options, and my teenage kids loved the pancake machine! Plus, the staff was genuinely friendly and cute.

My kids wished there was a bigger pool area for them to enjoy. It was quite cramped.

The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were to die for, and our room was super clean and cozy! We really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads up, the pillows could be a bit comfier, but it didn’t stop us from having a blast! 😊

Excellent place with excellent wi-fi, a heated swimming pool, and friendly 24-hour reception staff. I still remember how they helped me with late check-out on my first stay. Highly recommend for a city break!

The staff was friendly and helpful, contributing to an inviting atmosphere. Breakfast options were abundant, with alternative choices for sausages that added variety. Unfortunately, the heating system was disruptive. The loud window unit made it difficult to sleep, and the fogged windows detracted from the overall comfort. Also concerning were the thin walls. Not many local hotel options, but this place serves its purpose well enough.

I appreciated the inviting lobby and well-appointed commons areas, easily accessible and comfortable for seniors like myself.

Bathroom grab bars would enhance safety for seniors.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful, especially the young woman with the blue streaks in her hair. I wish I'd gotten her name. She. I was also impressed with the breakfast setup-plenty of options, fresh coffee, and those delicious cinnamon rolls that shouldn't even be legal, y'know? It's those small things that really make a difference.

It wasn't exactly a bargain either, but it was acceptable given the overall experience.
